NASA and government officials are gathered to hear about the assets of the Central Florida Research Park, near Orlando, as the site of NASAs new Shared Services Center. In the foreground, at left, is Center Director Jim Kennedy. At right is Pamella J. Dana, Ph.D., director, Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development in Florida. The center would centralize NASAs payroll, accounting, human resources, facilities and procurement offices that are now handled at each field center. The consolidation is part of the One NASA focus.
