This photo of the underside of the Space Shuttle Endeavour was taken from the International Space Station during a back flip and careful survey by crewmembers onboard the orbital outpost. After ground studies, mission managers suspect debris came off Endeavour's external fuel tank one minute after liftoff on Wednesday and struck tiles on the shuttle's underside, near the right main landing gear door.
