Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut Akihiko Hoshide, STS-124 mission specialist, watches monitors as he works the controls of the robotic Canadarm2 in the Destiny laboratory of the International Space Station (ISS) while Space Shuttle Discovery is docked with the station. The Kibo Japanese Pressurized Module (JPM) is visible on the monitors as it is transferred from Discovery's payload bay to its place on the ISS.
