Place camera 45 Deg of runway center line to view orbiter at an oblique angle. Item will be activated for both a day and night landing. Note: committed only for runway 15 (North to South) landings, however, in the event of an RTLS all POCS contolled camera supporting RTLS will be activated. SCAM required.
