Under gray skies, the Rotating Service Structure rolls back into its protective position around Space Shuttle Endeavour on Launch Pad 39A. The launch of Endeavour on mission STS-99 was delayed when NASA managers decided to replace the Enhanced Master Events Controller that became suspect during the Jan. 31 launch countdown.
