Backdropped against the topography of the Canadian province of Quebec, the International Space Station (ISS) was photographed following separation from the Space Shuttle Endeavour. An impact feature known as the Manicouagan Reservoir, is almost directly beneath the orbital outpost. The 35mm frame was exposed by one of the STS-100 crew members onboard the Shuttle.
