Wild turkeys congregate in an area north of NASA's Kennedy Space Center near the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (MINWR) in Florida. The bird is one of more than 330 native and migratory bird species, 25 mammals, 117 fishes and 65 amphibians and reptiles that call Kennedy and the wildlife refuge home.
