Shows the outer stowage bag containing what are believed to be two 'waist tethers', each with a snap hook at either end. Note that the outer bag, itself, is equipped with a short strap and hook. 23 June 1969. Ulli Lotzmann notes that "If you check the ID tag on the LEC bag you'll noticed the typical red NASA (deaccession) markings that tell us: This item is not for flight use."
