Extravehicular Crewmember 1 (EV1) Piers Sellers and EV2 Michael Fossum on the end of the Orbiter Boom Sensor System (OBSS) during Extravehicular Activity 1 (EVA1) OBSS Position 3 Evaluations for Detailed Test Objection 849 (DTO-849). Fossum is in the Articulating Portable Foot Restraint (APFR), while Sellers holds on to the Tool Stanchion (TS) which is attached to the APFR.
