Ivanov is a section chief with the Leningrad Research Institute of Television; Vlasov is the chief of research at the same institute; Petrov is a senior researcher with the Outerspace Research Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences; and Sushchev is a senor researcher at the Leningrad institute.
