Inside the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, construction workers watch as the first half of the J-level work platforms for the agency’s Space Launch System (SLS) rocket is lifted by crane for installation in High Bay 3. The Ground Systems Development and Operations Program is overseeing upgrades and modifications to High Bay 3 to support processing of the SLS and Orion spacecraft.
