The International Space Station crosses the terminator, the line that separates night and day on Earth, as it orbits 254 miles above the Gulf of Guinea on Africa's mid-western coast. Portions of the orbital complex can be seen including a pair of high-pressure gas tanks, solar arrays and the Soyuz MS-12 crew ship docked to the Rassvet module.
