Inside the RLV Hangar, a member of the Columbia Reconstruction Project Team examines a piece of Columbia debris from the sixth shipment from Barksdale Air Force Base, Shreveport, La., the receiving and shipping point for Columbia materials being sent to KSC for final identification. The team will attempt to reconstruct the orbiter as part of the investigation into the accident that caused the destruction of Columbia and loss of its crew as it returned to Earth on mission STS-107.
